My whole life I have been involved in some form of physical activity. Whether it be through playing on sports teams during Grade School and University, to training for and completing a Tough Mudder obstacle race, to more recently competing in Powerlifting meets. (I can also be found constantly fidgeting, which probably accounts for most of my daily activity.)

Having recently set a new National Record for the Bench Press in the Women’s 67.5 Kg class of 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation Canada, I know how incredible it feels to challenge your body and mind to see how strong you truly are, mentally and physically… And of course being able to bench press over 200lbs feels pretty dang cool too.

As a certified Personal Trainer, I am excited to help others find their true strength and see how it changes their everyday lives for the better. I promise to help you reach your goals through training that has been researched and scientifically proven to work. Because helping others succeed is exactly why I became a PT.
