efficiently without pain. Having been in the Fitness industry for over 20 years, I have extensive expertise in creating
tailored programs that will work you hard while managing any areas of concern. I am a Certified Pre and Post-Natal Specialist and a mom of 2. My own personal Core Training carried me through an Olympic Sailing Campaign and both pregnancies and through my training I love seeing my clients achieve goals they hadn’t even imagined.
