As a Kinesiologist, my passion is to help individuals reach their health and fitness goals. I have a wide array of experience in chronic disease management and improvement, rehabilitation (Motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, post surgical recovery and hydrotherapy), weight loss and strength training.
I pride myself on going the extra mile for my clients. My training philosophy is to improve the functional capacity of individuals. This includes incorporating a combination of functional strength training, movement pattern progressions and adaptive exercises. This helps to build strong individuals and improve their physical abilities in all aspects of life.
I consider myself fortunate to have grown up in the Okanagan and to have learnt to value a healthy lifestyle from a young age. When I’m not at work or in the gym, you’ll find me outside enjoying the Okanagan terrain.
