Myriam is a compassionate and joyful yoga teacher who seeks to bring out the best in all of us. Her classes promote self-understanding, intuition, and transformation from the inside-out through mindful movement and breathwork. Participants say they feel grounded yet light and energized after her classes.
Myriam was introduced to yoga in Montreal in 2003 while searching for back pain relief. She soon committed to a daily practice, which has since helped her through emotional and physical barriers. She has over 500 hours of yoga teacher training from Yoga Alliance accredited schools, and countless hours of shadow work with influential teachers, such as restorative yoga extraordinaire John Rettger. In January 2014, she received her certification in Anatomy of Flow (CSV level 3) from Sadie Nardini. Myriam is currently enrolled in the ParaYoga Master program with Yogarupa Rod Stryker, which will keep her inquisitive mind busy for several more years.
From 2011 to 2013, Myriam taught yoga in Northern California and at Stanford University. She is thrilled to be back in Canada and to share her passion for restorative and mindful flow yoga in the Okanagan. You can read her blog at myriamwebb.com.
