Jamie took his first yoga class in 2006 and has been engaging in a personal practice ever since. In 2013 Jamie took his 1 month intensive 200 hour teacher training through YYoga in Vancouver. Since then he has been teaching yoga to people in addictions recovery at the Bridgeway Residential Drug Treatment Center, he believes that with consistent practice, regular breath work and proper alignment yoga can help to restore the body and the mind.  In addition to his work for Bridgeway Jamie has worked with many people in the personal fitness world and enjoys teaching both rigorous power classes and more gentle restorative classes as a supplement to any fitness regime.

Jamie is certified through the yoga alliance and has first aid and CPR.
