Our classes are innovative and challenging , possibilities are endless! Each class inspired by our enthusiastic instructors.  Classes are either in our private fitness studio or our private Coaches Cage.   Members are challenged while having fun!

Fall News – Exciting things are happening with fitness classes this fall! Here are some of the highlights:

You asked, we delivered! All coached classes are included in your membership! Coached classes are taught by our wonderful team of Kinesiologists, Athletic Therapist, and Trainers. The classes are a smaller size so that the instructors are able to provide you with more guidance to ensure you are getting the most out of your class workout

NEW – 7 day in advance booking for all fitness classes, spin, yoga and Coached classes!

A new class format for the early morning crew, and Monday evenings!  Drop in any time between 5:30 AM and 7 AM on Monday,Wednesday and Friday mornings with Coach Persis, or Monday evenings between 4:30 PM and 6 PM with Coach Gord. Complete the prescribed warm up, then join the group and complete as many rounds of the workout as you would like. Stay for 15,20,30,60 minutes or more! You have the freedom to choose! Finish it off with a cool down and you’re done

STRONG classes are now being offered at Global Fitness! It is a revolutionary high intensity workout led by music to motivate you to crush your ultimate fitness goals! Check out the video

We have also added a new class called Hawaiian Sculpt, led by the wonderful Tara Pilling! Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. This off the charts class combines free weights with core power yoga sequencing; pilates, bow-spring and cardio to intensify each pose while mixing in strength training movements like squats, lunges and bicep curls. This practice balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. Be ready to move, breath, and ‘step it up’ in this invigorating practice.
