||Coaching designed to help you achieve your individual fitness goals, our program involves regular sessions with a personal trainer. Your trainer will work with you to develop a personalized exercise and nutrition program. One on one training includes fitness assessment and goal setting to create a program based on your individual needs.|
|Semi private||Find a friend and sign up – motivate each other. Based on individual fitness goals.|
|Small Group Training
|This is for group of 3 or more. We offer a few of these classes weekly and anyone is welcome to join in and meet new people. If you have group of 3 or more on your own we can customize time and trainer to meet your groups needs.

Group Personal Training could be the solution. Either in groups up to 12 people or in smaller groups of 3-5. Enjoy your workouts with like-minded people and let us take all the guess work out of your exercise planning. we will help you get the results you’re looking for.
Lower Body – AKA Leg Day. We may also target Glutes, Core and maybe a little cardio to keep the heart rate elevated. Options for all levels of fitness provided.Upper Body – Arms, shoulders, chest and back are the focus. Cardio may make an appearance as well. Options for all levels of fitness provided.
Core and Cardio – Full Core workout. All the muscles between your chest and hips with cardio thrown in to keep the heart and lungs strong. Options for all levels of fitness provided.

|FMS||FMS – Functional Movement Screening. FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain complaint or known musculoskeletal injury.These movement patterns are designed to provide observable performance of basic loco motor, manipulative and stabilizing movements by placing an individual in extreme positions where weaknesses and imbalances become noticeable if appropriate mobility and motor control is not utilized.Talk to one of our Certified FMS Coaches or the front desk and set up your appointment today!
|Body Fat Testing||Test your body fat before starting a program so you can determine how much fat your body is releasing. It is recommended that you get this test every two months to ensure you are gaining muscle while reducing body fat.|
